The Vortex - by Abraham-Hicks

Morning everyone!

I've recently picked up a copy of The Vortex by Abraham-Hicks and it is another winner! This is by far the best book they have written so far when it comes to how to use the Law of Attraction to deal with relationships.

It covers subjects such as:

* Learning to Attract Joyous Co-creators

* The Perfect Mate - Getting One, Being One, Attracting One

* Sexuality, Sensuality and the Opinion of Others

* Creating Positive Parent/Child Relationships in a World of Contrast

* Self-Appreciation and the Law of Attraction

The book is 237 pages long and chock-filled with delicious ideas, quotes and answers to your most pressing relationship issues.

I have already read the book cover to cover and find myself wanting to read it all over again. Here are a couple of awesome excerpts just from the first few pages alone:

Index - A quote from Jerry Hicks "Once I accepted the premise that everything is working out for everyone, then I was able to allow myself to let the floodgates to my financial well-being swing (almost) wide open. And from that decision, I went on to purchase a string of luxury vehicles, always knowing I was passing potential well-being on to anyone who was open to receive it." Jerry was explaining how many, many people benefit from the purchasing of merchandise, especially high ticket items and how important it is to change your mindset if you currently believe that by having something grand you are somehow taking away from another, when in fact it is just the opposite.

Page 3: Quote from Abraham "Before your birth, as you were making the decision to focus yourself into this Leading Edge time-space reality, it was your powerful intention to enjoy every moment of the process. You understood then, from your Non-Physical perspective, that you are a creator and that you were coming into an environment with enormous potential for joyful, satisfying experiences in creation. You understood that you were a creator, and that the Earth experience would be the perfect platform from which you would launch numerous satisfying creations -- and here you are.

Page 3: Quote from Abraham: "Before your birth into your physical body, you knew that once you were here you would be surrounded by others and that your relationships with those others would be the primary source of the contrast you would live. You understood, also, that these contrasting relationships would provide the very basis of your personal expansion, as well as the very basis of your enormous contribution to Eternal expansion, and you eagerly welcomed your interaction with all of them -- and here you are."

Page 3: Quote from Abraham: "There was nothing in your plan about being here that included struggle or hardship. You did not believe that you were coming into physical form to right past wrongs, or to fix a broken world, or even to evolve (in the sense that you were currently lacking in something)...."

Page 4: Quote From Abraham "Before your birth into your physical body, you knew the value of variety and of diversity, for you understood that every new preference, desire or idea would be born from that contrast. And you knew that this contrast not only provided the literal basis for expansion, but also the basis for joyous experience. And, most of all, you knew that your joyful experience would be the ultimate reason for every part of every part of every part of all of this being-ness. You knew that it all exists for the joyful moments that would constantly explode into your awareness along the way - and here you are."

I have become addicted to this new book and will be writing about it over the next few weeks. (I can't help myself when I am this hooked on something!)

There is also a great study group going on in the Yahoo Abe Forum regarding The Vortex. It is completely free to sign up for this group (all you need is a free yahoo email address) and I promise once you do you will be addicted! They are the most inspiring group of people I have ever come across and so very helpful if you need a question answered. I visit the site at least twice a day just for a dose of inspiration!

If this is the first time you have ever heard of the term The Vortex here are a couple of videos by Araham on YouTube that will explain it!

This book also comes with a great inspiring CD you can listen to at work, in the car, while exercising... anywhere or anytime you need an inspirational boost.

If you would like to purchase your own copy of The Vortex you can find it here.

Happy New Year - 2010!

Happy New Year Everyone!

New Years' is one of my favorite holidays because it seems to automatically lead people to look ahead to what they want to create for the New Year as opposed to looking back -- and that is what the Law of Attraction is all about.

The past does not matter - only this moment of NOW matters and where you happily decide to go from this moment.

The following are a few simple ideas to focus on to make 2010 the best year you have ever experienced on this Earth!

1. "NOTHING is more important than that you feel good" (a direct quote from Abraham-Hicks)

2. Think and stay focused on what you DO want as opposed to what you do not.

3. Find the best feeling thoughts you can on every subject in your life as often as possible. The more appreciative and positive you are...the more positive will be attracted to you.

4. Know that your higher-self and/or source is always with you - leading you in the right direction -- all you need to do is listen and follow its direction

5. You are exactly where you are supposed to be at this moment - everything you have learned up to now brings you to this new starting point to creating a great new future

6. You are perfect exactly the way you are - your higher self/source loves you exactly the way you are -if you were supposed to be in a different place right now, you would be. You can have anything you desire starting from this NOW moment.

7. Stop worrying about what others are thinking or expecting of you...you came here to create your own experience...it is their job to create their own.

8. Always put your emotional guidance system before anything or anyone else. If something feels good or expanding to you - you are headed in the right direction, -- if it feels wrong or restricting, it is time to stop and get some clarity on how you really feel on the subject or what course of action you can take that will make you feel better.

9. Surround yourself with the positive. Contrary to popular belief, the world will not end if you stop reading the newspapers, stop watching the news or stop associating with negative people for awhile.

Start this New Year off right by purposely pumping yourself with every positive thing you can think of that makes you feel good! Meditate, read inspiring books, listen to music that you love, listen to new age or spiritual CDs, light scented candles that instantly calm you. Consciously bring yourself back to the positive as often as possible.

10. Stop any negative thoughts in their tracks - they no longer serve you. When a negative, fearful or guilty thought pops into your head about something that happened in the past, let it go and refocus your attention on what you do want to be doing and feeling. Only from THIS place can you start to bring around your new future. While it might seem a little difficult at first, with practice it starts to become your natural way of thinking and that's when miracles will REALLY start to happen!

I was so happily surprised to see a major spike in traffic to this site during this last week. It is inspiring to know that so many people are turning to the Law of Attraction to create the most awesome New Year that they possibly can -- which in turn has brought me back to updating this site more often.

Here's to having the best year of your life!...Cheers!

Kyle's Story

Good Morning Everyone!

There is a good chance you might have seen this story already floating around on the internet, because it is such a touching one.

Unfortunately I do not know the original author of the piece to give due credit, but I am hoping that by its popularity alone the author realizes how many people this story has touched.

I'm publishing it here today because to me it is a reminder that:

-- there are no such things as coincidences
-- that we are always exactly where we should be at exactly the right time
-- that when we desperately ask for help - universe will deliver it in the strangest and most touching of ways
-- and lastly that we will all always have the common inner higher connection to each other because we are all an equal part of the one.

Enjoy!

One day, when I was a freshman in high school,
I saw a kid from my class was walking home from school.

His name was Kyle.

It looked like he was carrying all of his books.
I thought to myself, "Why would anyone bring home all his books on a Friday?
He must really be a nerd."

I had quite a weekend planned (parties and a football game with my friends tomorrow afternoon), so I shrugged my shoulders and went on.

As I was walking, I saw a bunch of kids running toward him. They ran at him, knocking all his books out of his arms and tripping him so he landed in the dirt.
His glasses went flying, and I saw them land in the grass about ten feet from him.

He looked up and I saw this terrible sadness in his eyes. My heart went out to him. So, I jogged over to him as he crawled around looking for his glasses, and I saw a tear in his eye.

As I handed him his glasses, I said, "Those guys are jerks. They really should get lives."

He looked at me and said, "Hey thanks!"

There was a big smile on his face.

It was one of those smiles that showed real gratitude.

I helped him pick up his books, and asked him where he lived. As it turned out, he lived near me, so I asked him why I had never seen him before.

He said he had gone to private school before now.

I would have never hung out with a private school kid before.
We talked all the way home, and I carried some of his books.
He turned out to be a pretty cool kid. I asked him if he wanted to play a little football with my friends. He said yes.

We hung out all weekend and the more I got to know Kyle, the more I liked him, and my friends thought the same of him.

Monday morning came, and there was Kyle with the huge stack of books again.
I stopped him and said, "Boy, you are gonna really build some serious muscles with this pile of books everyday!"

He just laughed and handed me half the books.
Over the next four years, Kyle and I became best friends.

When we were seniors we began to think about college. Kyle decided on Georgetown and I was going to Duke. I knew that we would always be friends, that the miles would never be a problem.

He was going to be a doctor and I was going for business on a football scholarship..

Kyle was valedictorian of our class.
I teased him all the time about being a nerd.
He had to prepare a speech for graduation.
I was so glad it wasn't me having to get up there and speak
Graduation day.

I saw Kyle. He looked great. He was one of those guys that really found himself during high school. He filled out and actually looked good in glasses. He had more dates than I had and all the girls loved him. Boy, sometimes I was jealous!

Today was one of those days.

I could see that he was nervous about his speech.
So, I smacked him on the back and said, "Hey, big guy, you'll be great!"

He looked at me with one of those looks (the really grateful one) and smiled.
"Thanks," he said.

As he started his speech, he cleared his throat, and began

"Graduation is a time to thank those who helped you make it through those tough years. Your parents, your teachers, your siblings, maybe a coach...but mostly your friends....

I am here to tell all of you that being a friend to someone is the best gift you can give them. I am going to tell you a story."

I just looked at my friend with disbelief as he told the first day we met.

He had planned to kill himself over the weekend. He talked of how he had cleaned out his locker so his Mom wouldn't have to do it later and was carrying his stuff home.

He looked hard at me and gave me a little smile.
"Thankfully, I was saved... My friend saved me from doing the unspeakable.."

I heard the gasp go through the crowd as this handsome, popular boy told us all about his weakest moment.

I saw his Mom and dad looking at me and smiling that same grateful smile.
Not until that moment did I realize it ' s depth.

Never underestimate the power of your actions..
With one small gesture you can change a person ' s life.
For better or for worse.

God puts us all in each others lives to impact one another in some way.

Look for God in others.

I get chills every time I read this story. It has an incredible message on so many levels.

Cute Story

I came across this cute story the other day. Unfortunately I'm not sure where it came from so I can't give it due credit -- but I thought it was good for a little chuckle. It is about the difference between being an optimist and a pessimist.

A family had twin boys whose only resemblance to each other was their looks. If one felt it was too hot, the other thought it was too cold. If one said the TV was too loud, the other claimed the volume needed to be turned up. Opposite in every way, one was an eternal optimist, the other a doom and gloom pessimist.
Just to see what would happen, at Christmas time their father loaded the pessimist's room with every imaginable toy and game. The optimist's room he loaded with horse manure.

That night the father passed by the pessimist's room and found him sitting amid his new gifts crying bitterly.

"Why are you crying?" the father asked.

"Because my friends will be jealous, I'll have to read all these instructions before I can do anything with this stuff, I'll constantly need batteries, and my toys will eventually get broken." answered the pessimist twin.

Passing the optimist twin's room, the father found him dancing for joy in the pile of manure. "What are you so happy about?" he asked.

To which his optimist twin replied, "There's got to be a pony in here somewhere!"

Law of Attraction: Do You Really Want Things to Change in Your Life?

"I knew it!"

"I told you so!"

"Just as I thought!"

"Just as I'd expected"

"I knew she was going to be difficult!"

"I knew he was going to turn out to be a cheater!"

"I knew I should never have hired him"

"I knew I was going to hate this class...this job...this assignment".

These are just some of the expressions we use when we experience a situation that we have been dreading or assuming that would turn out negative and then we prove ourselves right.

So are these "premonitions" or are we walking into these situations thinking negatively ahead of time - thereby creating them?

The answer is both, because they both stem from the same thing - our preconceived thoughts about them.

You see, our brains like "labels." When a new experience or situation is on the horizon, it is our brains' natural function to try and put it into a "category" that we can relate to. These categories are built around past experiences we have had, or even sometimes simply heard about.

So quite often without realizing it, we can put a "future" experience into a negative category in our minds that will then "predict" the outcome of the new experience. Because we are already assuming the negative and believing the negative...well, let's just say it's not difficult to see how this is going to end up.

Here's an example. Imagine that a third grader on his first day of school is either especially exuberant or nervous. So on his first day he is either talking a lot or upset and uncooperative.

Now the teacher... who doesn't know this child yet...automatically "labels" this child as "going to be a problem" for the rest of the year. It's hard to blame the teacher from a practical standpoint, because the teacher knows that "bad" behavior has to be nipped in the bud immediately if he/she is going to maintain any kind of control over the class for the rest of the year.

So now the teacher "knows" this child has to be reprimanded as soon as the "bad" behavior begins to prevent it from getting worse. So from here on in, any time the child talks to someone else, the teacher pounces on it. If there is a dispute between this child and another student, the teacher automatically assumes that it is the "troublemakers" fault. The "troublemaker" gets spoken to more harshly than the other children and gets reprimanded more often.

So now how do you think the third grader is going to interpret this? That the teacher doesn't like him - that the teacher is always picking on him - that the teacher doesn't talk to the other students that way, etc.

So, if that is true, how do you think this student is likely to behave in the future? With anger, with resentment, by acting out "just as the teacher assumed that he would", because the teacher just knew he was going to be a troublemaker; meanwhile the child is simply re-acting to the way he was being treated in the first place.

This is the kind of vicious circle many of us get caught up in. We have one bad experience, then immediately assume anything like it belongs in the same bad experience category, so we right off the bat start looking for the "problems."

Then of course, after we have brought these exact problems about we say "You see? I knew it! I knew it was going to turn out this way!"

Well...duh!

What else can we expect to happen? We're expecting it to be a bad experience, we are focusing on all the "bad" in it... how can it end up being anything else?

If you feel you keep having the same "bad" experiences over and over again it might be time to look at your own "labeling system." Are you walking into a situation automatically assuming that you are not going to enjoy it? Automatically assuming it is going to be a bad experience, simply because of what has happened in the past?

For instance, a dreaded job, an invitation, a relationship, a financial situation, even something as mundane as a retail store? Do you ever find yourself saying things like "I hate going to that store, the lines are always so long," or I can never find a salesperson when I need one".

It is time to remember that you have the choice in every single minute to change your thoughts about something. It is time to remember that today is a new day and just because "this happened" last time - there is nothing outside of you that is saying that it has to happen the same way again. Only you can make that choice. Only you can decide what part of a situation you want to focus upon. Only you can decide what you would like the new outcome to be.

There is a favorite quote of mine from Wayne Dyer that says "When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change."

Even though it may seem to you that "nothing ever changes" it is in fact changing constantly. Every single situation is different and brings something new to the table. However, if you keep having the same "old" thoughts about it -- then you are just going to naturally reproduce the same "old" outcomes.

So in the future, try to catch yourself when you start to go through this labeling practice. When you feel yourself automatically dreading something that reminds you of a past experience, catch yourself and soothe yourself into knowing that just because that is what happened last time, does not mean it has to happen again.

Keep your focus on a different outcome. Daydream and imagine different possibilities that you hadn't considered before. If a negative thought tries to pop in, pivot and think about what you would like to experience.

You will be amazed at how easily you can create an entirely different outcome simply by having an entirely different thought about it.

Law of Attraction - Money Is Only An Illusion

When it comes to the law of attraction, the question I am asked most often by people is how can they use it to attract more money into their lives. Many of these people have done the reading and the exercises; some had even been pretty successful in attracting other things they’ve wanted in their lives, but for some reason the money thing seems the most elusive.

Considering what most of us think and have been taught about money, it isn’t really difficult to see where the problem might lie.

Money is the one subject most of us are bombarded with negative messages about on almost a daily basis. Any time you pick up a newspaper, watch T.V., talk to friends and family, so much of the conversation revolves around money and the supposed lack of it. The increase in milk and gas prices, increased taxes, the billions going to the war. Rise in unemployment rates, rise in bankruptcies, rise in foreclosures and personal debt. And this is on top of the silly negative messages we received as children growing up. So it not hard to see why it seems to be one of the hardest things for one to manifest.

Another thing has to do with emotion. Money invokes strong emotions. It is as strong in the people who have it, as it is in the people who do not. The Law of Attraction works stronger and faster when there is serious emotion behind it, be it in a positive or negative way.

So again, it is not surprising that someone who feels strongly about having money has tons of it while others who feel strongly about being poor experience serious lack.

Whatever the reason, it doesn’t matter. It is time to let go of the emotions and get practical.

The truth is there is no lack of money. In fact, money itself isn’t even real. It is all an illusion.

Money is merely legal tender we have collectively decided to give a value to. In truth it is nothing more than rectangular pieces of paper covered in green ink with miscellaneous numbers on it. And nowadays most of the time it isn’t even that physical.

It is said (and this varies from nation to nation) that only as little as 4% of the money that exists in the banks today exists as paper bills or coins.

That means that out of $100 only $4 of that is available in cash money! And that money is not even backed up by anything since we got rid of the Gold Standard in the 1970’s.

The rest of the “money” out there is just a bunch of numbers flying electronically over our heads from one account to another and back again.

Think about the last big purchase you have made. When you bought your house, your car, a major appliance. Did you have to go to the bank and physically take out those thousands and thousands of dollars in cash?

Of coarse not. You simply wrote down some numbers on a small piece of paper called a check and handed it over. Or you used a little plastic card that will cause you to receive another piece of paper at the end of the month with even more numbers on it.

Money is simply an idea we have all agreed to accept. Think about some of the other things we consider “valuable” simply because we collectively decided to. For instance, my father used to say to me about diamonds; “I have no idea why people would want to spend so much money on a bunch of shiny rocks.” And it was so funny to me because it is true.

Diamonds are simply shiny rocks created in abundance by nature. It is only in our decision (or more importantly the decision of the diamond mine owners) to declare that they are “worth” something. There have been times in the past that diamond miners would have millions of dollars worth of diamonds reserved in vaults that were distributed in limited amounts just to keep the value of diamonds high. But the diamonds themselves weren’t scarce. Granted they are beautiful -- but they are also, in fact… rocks.

How about the other things in our lives that change on almost a daily basis due to what we hear and read? For instance, how can a house that was worth $250,000 a few years ago increase to a worth of $750,000 when it is the exact same house? How does a stock worth $80 yesterday drop to $40 today based on a review given by a third party?

You see it is all in perception. So many of us have been brought up to believe we are undeserving or not entitled to have a lot of money. But that is just as big an illusion as money is itself.

It is time to stop being intimidated by a non-existing entity!

Do you want to know why you are entitled to have anything you want on this Earth?

Simply because you are here! You are entitled to everything that exists on this planet simply because you exist on this planet along with these things!

Nobody owns it! Nobody has more or a less of a right to it than you do. We are all equally entitled to all of the bounty that exists here - otherwise it wouldn‘t exist here at all to be experienced!

And do you know what else? You do not need to do anything to justify it - you do not need to prove it and you certainly don’t need to wait for someone else to allow you to have it.

It is yours to experience simply because it is here to be experienced and because you are here to experience it. You are did not come down to this gorgeous planet to experience lack. You came down here to create wonderful physical manifestations!

So it is time to get practical and get over those old tiresome theories about what is considered “valuable“ and if you are deserving of them.

If Debeers can decide how much diamonds are worth, and the Federal Reserve can decide what the interest rate is going to be, and Wall Street can decide how much stocks are worth, and consumers can decide how much the latest Elmo is going to be worth this Christmas, don’t you think it is time to declare what you choose to be worth?

Who’s going to do that if not you? Why should others get to make all the rules?

Of coarse you are entitled to a bunch of shiny rocks!

Absolutely you are entitled to rectangular pieces of paper stamped with green ink!

Darn right you are entitled to have a bunch of large numbers in some account that has your name on it!

Most importantly of all is your right to enjoy this physical lifetime simply because you choose to. Because it is why you came here! And don’t let anyone think they can take that right away from you. No government, bank, employer, credit card holder, spouse, parent…anyone!

Remember that money is simply an illusion. Basing your self-worth on it, is an even bigger illusion. It is time to shatter them both!

Be the entitled being you are supposed to be. Enjoy every minute here as you intended.

You are worthy!

Have You Heard About the Passion Test?

You may have heard of Jack Canfield. He was one of the speakers in the movie The Secret and is the publisher of all of the Chicken Soup For The Soul books.

So when I came across a quote about how a certain book changed his life I became naturally curious.

Many of you might have already heard about the book The Passion Test. I, however had not until yesterday, which makes me think that maybe I was living under a rock when it became a national best seller last year.

This book claims to be able to help guide you to being more aware of what you really want in life.

Just by taking simple little tests and answering certain questions it will make you much clearer on where your personal focus should be to have the passionate life you desire.

As we have discussed before on this site, there is only one simple rule when it comes to the Law of Attraction. “Focus on what you DO want - and not on what you do not want.”

The biggest frustration that has been relayed to me by my readers however, is that many of them don’t actually know what it is they want.

Most people have been brought up to do what they have to do to survive, not many were told when they were younger that they should be focusing on what they love to do, what they want to do or what they are inspired to do. Many of us have even been taught that if it is fun – then it cannot be worth money or it is not real work.

As you become more aware of the Law of Attraction however, you start to realize that they were wrong. Who says you can’t make money doing what you love? You know who says it? The people who aren’t making money doing what they love! Well that’s a little biased, don’t you think?

I found this clip on YouTube that describes The Passion Test in more detail..

I even visited The Passion Test’s website and I have to admit it was very inspiring! I took the Free 7 question Passion Test Profile and it was surprisingly accurate to where I am standing right now in my life.

I personally love what I do for a living and do it with excitement every day! There are some other areas of my life however that can use a little tweaking. For instance, there are a couple of opportunities that stand before me now that I have been debating about taking the next step on.

So if you have some time today, go check it out for yourself. The Passion Test Website has some free inspiring articles and a blog that can maybe help you get clearer on what you are wanting.

When I woke up yesterday morning I had Wayne Dyer on my mind. He’s one of my favorite “teachers” and authors and over the years I believe I have read just about all of his books.

I always find them such an inspiration! Anyway, I decided I was in the mood for a little Dyer boost and went scouting around on Youtube.com to see if he had any inspirational videos up there and ended up hitting the mother-load!

This series is called How To Get What You Really Want and is almost 2 hours long! It includes Wayne and Deepak Chopra.

It was so long it had to be broken into 13 different parts! But each part is more inspirational than the next!

This is a recording accompanied by some beautiful pictures. Be sure to save this page in favorites if you do not have the time to listen to it all at once.

Rich People vs. Poor People Checklist

This list was taken directly from the book The Secrets of The Millionaire Mind book by T. Harv Eker.

Some of you might remember this post from my older website - but due to everyone's recent concerns about the stock market and the intense focus on creating money I decided to republish it here now.

It is basically a cheat sheet from Mr. Eker's book (which I highly recommend by the way) that explains the difference between the way Rich people think and Poor people
think.

The book goes into much more detail, mind you. After each "title" it then goes into further explanation of how and why those differences in thinking is important.

I put this list together a few years back and made it look really pretty. I printed it out in fancy italics, printed it out on paper with a scrolled background and put it in a frame over my desk.

This way any time I had to "pivot" or redirect my thoughts about money I had this list in front of me.

Of coarse, feel free to print this list out and keep it on your wall someplace for your own inspiration, but please do not put it out anywhere else on the web because it is the exclusive property of T. Harv Eker. Thank you!

Rich people control their money
Poor people let their money control them

Rich people think long term. They balance their spending on enjoyment today with investing for freedom tomorrow
Poor people think short term. They are interested in immediate gratification

Rich people have a lot of money and spend a little
Poor people have a little money and spend a lot

Poor people work to earn money to live today
Rich people work to earn money to pay for their investments which will pay for their future

Rich people buy assets and things that will likely go up in value
Poor people buy expenses and things that will definitely go down in value

Rich people collect land
Poor people collect bills

Poor people see a dollar as a dollar to trade for something they want right now
Rich people see every dollar as a seed that can be planted to earn a hundred more dollars which can then be replanted to earn a thousand more dollars.

Poor people let fear stop them
Rich people act in spite of fear

Poor people can be stopped from acting pretty easily
Rich people cannot be stopped

Poor people will do whatever is easy now and end up having it hard later
Rich people work hard now so it will be easy later

Poor people will avoid doing because of fear
Rich people will do whatever it takes

Poor people will only do what makes them feel comfortable
Rich people will constantly work through their discomfort to grow

Rich people learn and grow
Poor people think they already know

Rich people understand the order to success is to BE, DO and HAVE
Poor people believe the order to success is to HAVE, DO, then BE.

Poor people believe that they have to have a lot of money so they can have what they want and be a success.
Rich people understand that if they become a successful person, they will be able to do what they want and have a lot of money.

Rich people are good at what they do
Poor people do just enough to get by

Rich people take advice from people who are more successful than they are
Poor people take advice from their friends who are just as poor as they are

Those are just some of the concepts Mr. Eker recommends you examine further.

Again, I highly recommend you purchase this book for yourself, if you haven't already read it, because it is extremely inspiring.

Today Is the Day To Accept Exactly Who, What And Where You Are and Know That It Is Perfect

Today is the day to accept exactly who you are and where you are standing right now and know that it is perfectly O.K.

If you are happy with where you are – GOOD for you and keep doing what you are doing!

If you are not however, it is time to accept where you are anyway.

It is time to say to yourself “This is what my physical body IS, what my current relationships ARE, what my financial situation IS, what my career IS right at this moment and I understand and accept that and know that it is perfectly O.K.

Now,… where do I want to go from here?”

No more blaming the past, berating yourself, putting yourself down, feeling guilty. No more blaming others, the economy, your boss, your family etc.

The only reason you are standing where you are right now is simply due to past thoughts you have had that have brought you here.

And even those thoughts weren’t bad, they weren’t wrong – they simply were thoughts you were having “then” which has nothing to do with NOW.

You see the NOW moment is all you have. IT is the only moment that counts and the only moment you can work from.

No matter how you look at it – you cannot change the past. Nor should you want to. It is time to accept that whatever brought you to this place where you are now, happened for a reason and it has prepared you for this NOW moment.

So totally accept where you are standing at this moment and simply ask yourself what you would like to do next? What would you like to create next? It doesn’t have to be any more complicated that that.

Seriously think about your answer. Do not say to your self “Well I don’t want to do this again!” Simply ask yourself “what DO I want?”

“What DO I want to create? How can I go about doing that? What steps can I take in this NOW moment that will bring that to me?”

Remind yourself that you are not the same person today that you were even yesterday.

Every day you are different. Every day you have learned something new. Every day another desire in you has been born.

So forget about yesterday or what brought you here. Simply accept that you ARE here and decide where you want to go from here. And if negative thoughts attempt to pop in like “It doesn’t matter what I do – nothing will ever change, or “I’ve tried a million times before and it didn’t work” or whatever silly thought pops into your brain, simply remind yourself, that was yesterday, this is today, and if I don’t want to repeat yesterday – it is time to have a different thought today.

Continue to do this and you will be shocked how quickly things will turn around for you!

Inspirational Failures

Morning All!

I was playing around on Youtube this morning and I came across a bunch of inspirational videos that I haven’t seen before that I thought I would share.

In crazy times like these the most important thing for us all to remember is to not give up. No matter what goes on around us – we have the ability to get through it. It doesn’t matter what anyone else says, it doesn’t matter how many times we have failed in the past or how many times we have fallen.

Sometimes success could be as close as just taking one more step, but if you turn around and quit -- you’ll never know it.

Abraham Hicks Video on The Financial Crisis

Good Morning All,

Well, I am still in the process of reading Abraham-Hicks book “Money and The Law of Attraction” and I am still loving every word, so I have a feeling that it is probably what I am going to be writing about over the next few days.

I had an interesting manifestation this morning. A few days ago I was wishing that I had Abraham in the room with me to ask them what they thought of the current financial situation on Wall Street and what they would have to say about the election.

I couldn’t imagine them being “political” and endorsing either candidate from their higher perspective but I was curious on what their take was on the whole matter.

Sure enough I find out this morning that they put up a video on youtube yesterday about those very subjects. So, “Thank you Universe and more of that quick manifesting please!

I’ve included the video here so you can see it yourself:

Basically what it comes down to is what they encourage all along. Do not worry about what is going on around you, do not worry about what others are saying or doing around you, do not waste your precious energy trying to blame others for what is going on – but simply keep your focus on what makes you feel good.

Because “nothing is more important than that you feel good”.

And if you keep your focus day after day on things that make you feel good, and if you spend your time focusing on the things that you want in life as opposed to the things that you do not want, and if everyday you wake up and tell yourself that everyday things are getting better and better -- Universe has no choice but to respond and bring it to you.

So turn off your television, put down your newspapers and think and write about things that you really want in your life. Envision, daydream and make yourself feel good.

The rest will sort itself out on its own.

The Art of Pivoting to A More Positive Thought

I just recently picked up Abraham-Hicks newest book “Money, and The Law of Attraction” and as always it is an inspirational winner!

One of the things they talk about in the first chapter is the idea of pivoting.

Basically it comes down to this:

Stop thinking about what you don’t want and start thinking about what you do want.

If you catch yourself thinking about what you don’t want – stop yourself immediately and pivot to thinking about what you do want instead.

The Law of Attraction works according to your thoughts and the vibration you are giving out while having those thoughts.

So if you are thinking that you don’t have enough money and you have very strong emotions toward that subject – you can pretty much predict what you are going to attract to yourself. Even more of “not having enough money.”

So the idea is to keep your focus on what you do want. Thinking about how it feels to have more than enough money, feeling the relief of how it feels to have all your bills paid, feeling the excitement of how it feels to buy anything you desire to have in your life, even if in your current now moment it hasn’t happened yet.

This is an excerpt from the book that explains it brilliantly

“ Since you cannot speak of what you do want and what you do not want at the same time, the more you speak of what you do want, the less frequently you will be speaking of what you do not want. And if you are serious about telling it like you want it to be rather than like it is, you will, in time (and usually a rather short time), change the balance of your vibration. If you speak it often enough, you will come to feel what you speak.

But there is something even more significantly powerful about this Process of Pivoting: When life seems to have you negatively oriented toward the lack of something you want, and when you make the statement “ I know what I do not want; what is it that I do want?” the answer to that question is summoned from within you, and in that very moment the beginning of a vibrational shift occurs. Pivoting is a powerful tool that will instantly improve your life.”

You see most people have a tendency to tell it how it “is” right now. The problem with that however is that as long as you keep your focus on what “currently is” the more you are doomed to repeat it in your future moments. If your focus is how you are lacking in something, universe now takes its cue and continues to bring more of what you are focused on.

Hence the reason so many people feel like they are stuck on a treadmill day after day – running as fast as they can, but not getting anywhere.

It is simply because they keep having the same thoughts day after day, so day after day they keep getting the same results.

If however, you keep your focus on what you are wanting for your future and you are feeling it, and envisioning it and speaking of it and writing about it – universe now has a new blueprint to follow.

You see that is the wonderful thing about universal energy. It can not differentiate between what is “real” and what “isn’t”. It can only create based on the vibration it is receiving. So if you are vibrating as a rich person, or a peaceful person, a loving person, or a lucky person it has no choice but to go down that new road.

So try this method today. Every time you start feeling bad thinking about something you don’t want – immediately stop and ask yourself – “Forget about what I don’t want. What is it I do want? How does it feel to have that?”

You will be amazed at how quickly your vibration will change, how much better you will feel and more importantly how much easier things will seem to come to you from the “outside” in response to your new way of thinking.

By the way I highly recommend that you purchase this book, if you haven’t already done so. It not only discusses how to attract more money but also how to attract health and happiness in all areas of your life. Another “must-read” by Abraham-Hicks!

Law of Attraction: Maintaining Inner Peace During These Crazy Times

Morning all! Sorry for the lack of posts these last two weeks. I've been involved in another project that has needed all my attention but I should be back to posting daily very soon.

So today's question is "How on Earth do I stay positive when it seems the entire world (or at least this country) is falling apart?" As I mentioned in my last post energy is moving extremely quickly at this moment in Earth's time.

When things are going to change -- they are really going to change. Now at first this may seem a little scary but the first thing to remember is "It is not good, it is not bad…it simply is"

No one is being punished here, there is no one "up there" causing this to happen to teach people a lesson (I've come across that opinion a few times on the net, so I figured I would address it here). It is simply unbiased energy moving faster and stronger than ever and whatever comes across its path is going to fly!

Think of it like the rapids of a river. The water isn't moving quickly to intentionally hurt anyone or to help anyone. It is just simply moving. How a person chooses to use that strong current is up to them.

So how are you going to use this latest current surge?

Just a quick example. While so many people have been bailing out of the stock market left and right, Warren Buffet, the most successful men to ever conquer Wall Street, invested 8 billion dollars in General Electric and Goldman Sachs. In other words, Mr. Buffet knows. He knows to look for the opportunity that exists in every situation and to flow with it - not against it. And because of that attitude he will probably make quite a few billion dollars more when the market turns around.

So what about you? There is no better time for you to practice your creative abilities than this time right now. Look at it this way, if you can master attraction while all this craziness is going on - then nothing in this world will ever be able to stop you! And if you can maintain inner calm for yourself while all this craziness is going on - you will have become a master. Think of it as jamming 4 years of college into one semester.

So the first thing we will address is how you can maintain inner peace.

1. Practice Detachment - This is for anyone who has been dealing with intense fear or frustration due to the current circumstances. Simply remove your "self" from the situation emotionally and become an unaffected bystander on the sidelines. Mentally take a step back and watch everything from a detached point of view. When reading the newspaper, watching the news, or hear people discussing the doom of the world in their conversations simply observe as an interested spectator knowing that none of this effects you personally and you are just watching because you curious about what the outcome is going to be. This is simply a temporary measure to use until you catch your breath and are ready to get back into the game, but it can be very effective if you have been on negative emotional overload lately.

2. Meditate. No more excuses! There is absolutely nothing more important than getting in touch with your higher self right now. Nothing!! Doing it once a day is probably not even enough if you have been caught up in an emotional roller coaster as of late. Give yourself at least two different 15 minute sessions a day. Find someplace quiet, sit comfortably, and close your eyes. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. It might take awhile for your inner chatter to stop but just focus on the blackness behind your eyelids and the soothing feel of your breathing. As thoughts come in, let them gently pass through uninhibited and refocus your attention back on the safe soothing black color. If you feel the need to replace your chatter simply keep saying to yourself "I am safe here, I am calm here" as you breathe in and out. You might even start to feel that "safe place" in your chest area open up. You will be amazed at how much better you will feel when you open your eyes 15 minutes later.

3. EFT your biggest fears away. I have discussed EFT (The Emotional Freedom Technique) in the past. (If you would like to find out how to do it - see this post.) If you have been under stress for any length of time there is a good chance it might have gotten stuck in your physical body's electrical system. It is a good idea to clean this out every once in awhile. Simply focus on your biggest fears at the moment and tap them out. Such as "Even though I am afraid about my current money situation, I love and accept myself completely" "Even though I am afraid about who is going to win the election, I love and accept myself completely" "Even though I am scared about what is happening to my retirement account…", etc.

4. Appreciation List. I put this one fourth on the list because it is very important to do the steps above first to get into a better mind set. But just because it is fourth does not mean it isn't just as important to do. After detaching, meditating and EFTing, get out a piece of paper and write down every single thing you can appreciate in your life right NOW. Be it fresh water to drink, food to eat for today, a roof over your head today, the clothes that you are wearing, your health, your families health. If the negatives try to pop in - let them pop right out again and focus on all the good things you have in your life this minute. Be thankful for the computer that you are reading this on. Be grateful for electricity, the internet, etc.

Remember the flow of those rapids. Whatever direction you focus on, is the way your future moments are going to flow. By purposely redirecting your thoughts to what you appreciate, more will be brought to you for you to appreciate. Notice all of it. Be grateful for it and keep saying "Thank you Universe and more of that please" if you even find so much as a penny on the ground to pick up. Go with the current of good intentions - not against it.

5. Mental Distraction. Get away from the newspapers, the television news and the negative conversations as often as possible.

While I understand that it is important to stay informed during these crazy days it helps no one, especially yourself, to immerse yourself in misery.

As most of you know I am not a big fan of the media and haven't been for years due to their negative slants on the news and the sensationalism to sell more papers and ads. They have gotten completely out of control, especially lately. So do yourself a favor and watch as little of it as possible. Read the first few pages of the paper, watch one news show if you absolutely must, but then turn it off and turn to something enjoyable.

Now, there are some people who criticize that approach as being irresponsible. It is, in fact, just the opposite. It isn't difficult to see how negativity simply breeds more negativity. You can plainly see for yourself judging by yesterdays drop in the market how instilling more fear and more panic into the public is simply going to have a more negative effect on everything.

There is no benefit to staying in anger and fear!! Some people like to say that it is those emotions that inspire change. Bull! Positive thinking, positive energy and a new plan of action can inspire those changes ten times faster.

Are there problems right now in our country? Yes there are. Have mistakes been made? Sure - there is no denying that. But how is being angry, frustrated or keeping our focus on who is to blame helping the situation?

Our job, as the enlightened beings that we are, is to simply focus on where we stand right now at this moment and consciously decide where we want to go. Regardless of which candidate or political party wins this election, our focus needs to be on the healing and the uplifting of our country.

Take this fantasy for example. (Please NOTE: This is no way expresses my political opinions in any way - this is simply hypothetical).

Imagine if you would, that tomorrow was USA Appreciation Day. Imagine if every one of us woke up with nothing but appreciation for what this country offers for one whole day. Imagine if every conversation you had with people all day long was about the awesome opportunities that exist to make millions of dollars here. How a simple video on Youtube or a best selling book can make someone an instant success. How regardless of your race, creed or color you can be anything you choose to be. What if we discussed the awesome freedom we have to travel across this country to any state with no borders any time we simply felt like it? If we discussed all the different options we had for healthcare or the thousands of different options we had of food to eat within a mile of our homes?

What if we talked about how grateful we were for the electricity we all had access to, the heat, the fresh water, the paved roads to get us wherever we wanted to go? What if every news show and newspaper talked about how many people were healed of their illnesses, how many nice things people had done for other people, how many triumphs so many people had experienced that day? The company who happily got that new contract, that hard working person who won that award, the person who found out their new book was a best seller?

Just imagine where the stock market would go that day!! Just imagine how good every person in the country would feel that day just listening to one positive message after another? Is that not a country you would love to invest in when exposed to those kinds of positives all day long?!

Now look at what we are actually exposed to every day. Is it any wonder moral is down?

But that is neither here nor there. The fact is, that we all have to start somewhere. And the only person you could start with is you! So purposely go out of your way to make yourself feel better. Go find a funny website to enjoy, watch a comedy, read a good book, play a board game with your kids, write your own appreciation list for this awesome country. Get your friends and family members involved as well if they are willing.

Being negative cannot attract positive results. It is the LAW! The Law of Attraction. And this is not some abstract idea that you have to convince yourself of - the evidence stands right before you as you watch what is going on in the world day after day.

So start with you. Distract and remove yourself from the negativity. It is the only way you can create the life you desire.

6. Remember Who You Really Are. This is probably the most important point of all. Remember that you are a Spiritual Being simply having a human experience. This situation is merely temporary and will change like all situations do. One day it will just be a memory you will look back on.

Do not forget how powerful you really are! Remember to hold that little Earth globe in your hand and look down on it with love remembering your true immenseness in comparison to it. This current situation is nothing compared to how big you are. Merely a blip on the screen of one of your many physical lives. You can not only handle it, you can create it to be whatever you choose to. The attractive power is all in your hands!

Law of Attraction - How to Be The Calm In The Eye Of This Storm

Wow! Wild ride on the financial roller coaster yesterday wasn’t it? Do you want to know one of the first things I asked myself when the stock market closed yesterday? I asked myself how many people played the number 777 yesterday in the daily number.

That to me is eternal optimism. Take what others consider a “bad” number and see if you can turn it into something good.

So…back to that wild ride! I guess that is what we can expect living on the leading edge as we are. Do not forget we chose to come down to Earth during this exciting time of change and even though at times it gets a little scary, we didn’t want it any other way.

More energy is being sent to this planet that ever before in Earth’s history. It is being sent here by our higher selves for the purpose of experiencing an unprecedented spiritual awakening in human consciousness than has ever been experienced on the planet before.

This energy not only affects our spiritual growth however. As you have probably noticed it is causing everything to move much faster than it ever has on the planet before.

Just as it is no “accident” that we have come further in the last 50 years in regard to technology and advancement than we have in the last 2000 years combined, it is also no “accident” that whatever we are going to experience during this Earth lifetime is going to be of unprecedented proportions.

Be it hurricanes or Wall Street fluctuations – it is going to be big!

So now that you know this, are you going to let this energy work for you or against you? Are you going to “go with the flow” with excitement or “fight the current” with resistance?

You see this energy surge is happening if your ego mind likes it or not. Remember that you knew what this Earth period was going to be like before you even came down and you eagerly volunteered to be a part of it.

More important to remember however is that just as calamities can happen at monumental speed during this time period, so can unbelievable miracles.

You can become “poor” overnight or you can become a millionaire! It all depends on what you choose to keep your focus on.

It is not so much of a test of your creative abilities, but more of an opportunity to play with them as you never have before!

So how can you take advantage of this opportunity?

The first thing you need to do is become “the calm in the eye of the storm.”

Visually imagine if you will that you are standing in the center of a small hurricane that surrounds you. You are perfectly safe and calm in the middle as these tornado-like winds swirl around you. That safe space is your higher self. It is always calm and knows that nothing “out there”can hurt it. Now imagine you have a piece of paper in your hand with something written on it. It can have something good written on it or bad. You lift your hand with the piece of paper and let it fly with the winds. And believe me – it will fly! Higher and faster than you can imagine! Whatever you wrote on that paper is going to come to fruition faster than it ever has in history.

So what do you want to write on that piece of paper?

The choice is yours. It is up to you and only you!

Now if at first that sounds a little frightening, remember this. It Is Time and You Are Ready.

How do I know this? Because you are visiting this site and because you are reading articles such as this one. Because you are one of the people on the “leading edge” and it is no accident. Because your higher self has been preparing you to take advantage of this wonderful time in history.

And it is a wonderful time!

Pay no attention to what the media is trying to sell you! They make their money on ratings and they fight for those ratings by trying to outdo each other in the gloom and doom department.

Now please understand, I am not saying that our country is not going through problems right now. That much is obvious and it would be silly to try and ignore it. But instilling constant panic and terror into the people of this country is even sillier. It helps no one. That is just as obvious.

Panic and terror equal hasty and foolish decisions. Hence the reason it is time for you to be the calm in the eye of the storm. To take a deep breath and calmly watch things swirl around until you feel the time is right to lift up that piece of paper and let go.

You are safe, you are protected and you do not have to make any decisions until you are ready to.

Keep your thoughts focused on that calm spot. Stay away from the news and try to avoid getting into conversations with others about how “bad” the situation is. Nothing can drop your vibrational level as quickly as that kind of negative focus.

Start retraining your brain to start looking for opportunities in this situation right now. Tell yourself there is a way you can benefit from this…so what is it? Keep asking your higher self for guidance. Tell yourself “I know this is happening for a reason right now. I know there is a way I can benefit from this situation right now – guide me to what it is.”

Start trying to think outside of the box. Where there is “bad” there is always its opposite of “good”

Believe me, when this mini “crisis” is over there will be people who made a lot of money due to opportunities most others didn’t see.

This is what you have been “training” for and there is no better time than the present to put it into practice. It Is Time!

Law of Attraction Manifestation Exercise #29 - The Self Appreciation List

So, you want the Law of Attraction to work for you. You ask Universe (or your higher self, if your prefer) for a list of things that you would like to attract into your life, but time and time again they don't seem to be forthcoming.

You have probably already tried working on your thoughts, said a ton of affirmations, created a vision board and a bunch of other exercises. And while you see miracles happen once in awhile, they don't seem to happen nearly often enough or last long enough to make a permanent change in your life.

If this is true for you, then it is time to ask yourself this one serious question: What makes you think you deserve it?

What makes you think you deserve the perfect job, perfect relationship, perfect friendships, an abundance of money, a peaceful spiritual life? Can you answer that question?

If not, then this is the exercise is for you!

You see, in the eyes of Universe you are entitled to all of those things simply by existing. Simply by BEING. Since the day you were delivered on this planet you have been naturally entitled to enjoy every single thing this planet has to offer. No one has more of a right to it than you do.

So if it is not Universe that is keeping it from you (and it really isn't) than what is preventing these things from happening?

I'll ask you the question again. What makes you think you deserve it?

You see too often we do not give ourselves nearly enough credit for all that we do. We put things in the "have to" category and forget that all the wonderful things we do everyday for others are actually "choices" we choose to make.

For instance:

I "have to" go to work to pay the bills. No, actually you don't "have to" - you choose to keep your family safe and comfortable.

I "have to" take care of my kids. No you don't "have to". Technically you could skip out tomorrow. The fact of the matter is you choose to because you love them.

I "have to" clean the house, "have to" visit my parents, "have to" go food shopping, etc.

The truth is you don't "have to" do any of those things. There is no one standing over you with a gun to your head. These are choices you are making for the benefit of yourself and others.

So the question now is, why aren't you giving yourself credit for them?.

Why are you letting this pesky little critter called "ego" go on and on about all the reasons you should feel bad or guilty or undeserving and not give you credit for the 100 or so things you do every day that are positive?

That is where this exercise comes in. It is time to beat "ego" at its own game. It is time to override all those negatives with hundred of positives every week. And you're going do it again and again and again until it finally gets the message that you are not a bad person but an awesome one who works hard and it entitled to anything it asks for.

So how are you going to do this.? Simple. You are going to write an I Am Proud Of Myself List.

And you are going to do this every day until your ego finally gets it.

For instance:

I am proud of myself for going to work today even though I would have rather slept in.
I am proud of myself for getting my kids ready for school, even if I wasn't in the mood.
I am proud of myself for cleaning the house, even though I would have rather read a book.
I am proud of myself for going to the PTA meeting for my children's benefit even though I would have rather have stayed in and watched T.V.

And so on and so on.

I am proud of myself that I paid that bill, I am proud of myself I gave my friend that ride, I am proud of myself for thinking of my parents and going for a visit.

You will not believe how quickly this will start to make you feel better and more deserving all the way to your core!.

Now you might ask "what if I can't come up with things to be proud of?" Piece of cake!

Use your to-do list. If you don't normally keep a to-do list - start one now!

And everyday write out a list of what you do all day long. Such as:

Wake the kids
Make them breakfast
Get them to school
Ger ready for work
Start this project
Make those copies
Mail those bills
Call this friend
Run this errand
Call this bank
Pick up dinner
Cook dinner
Do homework with the kids, etc.

Mark off these things as you go along your day. (Extra benefit is that you will be much more organized as well as feel more accomplished.)

But now you will have your whole list in front of you of things you should be proud of. Choices you have made and followed through on, even if you didn't really feel like doing them.

Now the important part of this exercise is to write or type out the entire sentence of I Am Proud Of Myself for __________.

Don't just write that once and then list things underneath. Make sure you write out the complete sentence for every line. You are going to get this into your subconscious if it likes it or not! It is time for ego to learn its lesson!! And every day you are going to tell it "I am proud of myself for… I am proud of myself for…I am proud of myself for…". And you are going to start feeling as deserving as you naturally are.

Then watch how quickly your desires will manifest!. When you prove to yourself how deserving you really are - there will then be no resistance or pushing away when Universe naturally delivers what you have asked for.

Plus there is also the immediate benefit of simply making yourself feel good, giving yourself credit for jobs well done. You will find that even doing this exercise only once or twice will immediately make you feel better and more deserving.

So go for it today! You do deserve whatever you want to create in this life. Now prove it to your self.

Happy Creating!

Law of Attraction: Having Fun Taking Your Vision Board To A Whole New Level

So I woke up yesterday excited about the new MindMovies program being shipped to me (I am really looking forward to using the Subliminal part) and I decided to go search the net for some new quotes and pictures that I wanted to include on my new board when it arrived.

I am working on a new project and I want to pre-pave how simple, easy and successful it is going to go, so I am collecting all the inspirational things around the subject that I could include on my first board of the program.

While I was finding some cool quotes and pictures I also came across some pictures of a beautiful beach in the tropics. I've been starting to think about taking a vacation lately so I saved the picture for a different board later on.

By "coincidence" a friend of mine emailed me a couple of photos taken of my family at a party we all went to last weekend, and some of them came out pretty cute.

"Wouldn't it be fun if I cropped out one of the family photos and placed our family directly "in" the tropical beach photo?" I wondered.

So I went back online and found some awesome free software I could play around with.

Well! That was pretty much the end of that! (Also the reason I never got around to posting yesterday.) I was having such a good time I couldn't stop myself. The next thing I knew I was cropping and pasting all over the place!

What a fun way to bring a Vision Board to a new level! Instead of just the normal inspirational photos and quotes - I now have actual pictures of my family and my self shown enjoying the new things I want to create.

I cropped a small picture of my head and placed it in the window of the new Cadillac Escalade I've been drooling over.

I put my head on Carmen Electra's body. I put my husbands head on a muscle builder (he might not have found it as amusing as I did - but I could tell by his eye roll that he wasn't too upset).

I placed us in front of Disneyworld (another trip we've been thinking about taking), I found a great picture of money falling from the sky and placed us under it. I even found pictures of women dressed in some cute outfits that I put my little head on.

It was just too much fun! Plus the pictures make me smile every time I look at them which is a pretty good vibration to be putting out when you are looking at something you want to create.

So if you would like to have some fun today as well as create some awesome new pictures for your Vision Board, I've included some of the free picture programs I have found below.

Here is a quick tutorial video you can use: Create Fun Photos

This can be used to make your own inspirational Posters

If you happen to have Photoshop, you can of coarse use that too to make the pictures look more realistic. If not, go to Paint.net. This is a free program you can download that works similar to Photoshop (but with fewer bells and whistles).

The inspirational photos that can be used for backdrops can simply be found in both Google pictures and on Flickr.com.

Obviously your personal photos you can download from your camera.

So get started having fun today! I have to warn you though, it might not be a good idea to do this at work. It gets awfully addicting!
