Attracting Perfect Health

Morning All!

Had a great synchronistic moment that I guess I am supposed to share with you, so here goes. As most of you know I am a great fan of Abraham-Hicks and turn to their books and videos often to refresh my memory when something comes up that I need a little help with.

I sprained my ankle about a week ago and remembered that Abraham had given advice in their book “Ask and It Is Given” on how to reclaim one’s natural state of health in order to heal quicker.

Sure enough, I tried the process and within 2 days my ankle was feeling well enough for me to start getting around again almost normally. (It was a pretty bad sprain and pretty darn swollen) so I was extremely happy to become mobile again.

Then this morning I logged onto theAbeforum.com and sure enough one of the members on the site had typed out the step by step - word by word process from “Ask and It Is Given” that I had just used a few days earlier.

Seeing as I was wondering what subject to write about this morning and was then presented with this “coincidence” I am being led to believe that there may be someone out there right now who can use this advice as well.

This is a direct excerpt from “Ask and It Is Given” by Abraham-Hicks. If you are currently in pain or for any reason need to access your natural state of perfect health you should definitely give this process a try.

It works great!

Process #21 Reclaiming Ones Natural State of Health

When to Use This Process:
When you do not feel well
When you have been given an unsettling diagnosis
When you are feeling pain
When you want to feel more vital
When you feel a vague fear associated with your body

Current Emotional Set-Point Range

This Reclaiming One's Natural State of Health Process will be of the most value to you when your Emotional Set-Point is ranging somewhere between:

(10) Frustration/Irritation/Impatience and
(22) Fear/Grief/Depression/Despair/Powerlessness

Do this process while lying in a comfortable place-the more comfortable, the better. Choose a time when you have approximately 15 minutes when you are not likely to be disturbed by anyone. Now, write this short list in a place where it will be easy for you to read, and when you first lie down, read it slowly to yourself.

It is natural for my body to be well.
Even if I don't know what to do in order to get better, my body does.
I have trillions of cells with individual Consciousness, and they know how to achieve their individual balance.
When this condition began, I didn't know what I know now.
If I had known then what I know now, this condition couldn't have gotten
started.
I don't need to understand the cause of this illness.
I don't need to explain how it is that I'm experiencing this illness.
I have only to gently, eventually, release this illness.
It doesn't matter that it got started, because it's reversing its course right now. It's natural that it would take some time for my body to begin to align to my improved thoughts of Well-Being.
There's no hurry about any of this.
My body knows what to do.
Well-Being is natural to me.
My Inner Being is intricately aware of my physical body.
My cells are asking for what they need in order to thrive, and Source Energy is answering those requests .
I'm in very good hands .
I will relax now, to allow communication between my body and my Source.
My only work is to relax and breathe.
I can do that.
I can do that easily.

Now, just lie there and enjoy the comfort of the mattress beneath you-and focus upon your breathing-in and out, in and out. Your goal is to be as comfortable as possible.

Breathe as deeply as you can while still remaining comfortable. Do not force it. Do not try to make anything happen. There is nothing for you to do other than to relax and breathe.

You will very likely begin to feel soft, gentle sensations in your body. Smile, and acknowledge that this is Source Energy specifically answering your cellular request. You are now feeling the healing process. Do nothing to try to help it or intensify it. Just relax and breathe---and allow it.

If you were experiencing pain when you laid down, follow the same process. However, if you were feeling pain, it would be helpful for you to add these words to your written and spoken list:

This sensation of pain is an indicator that Source is responding to my
cellular request for Energy.

This sensation of pain is a wonderful indicator that help is on the way.

I will relax into this sensation of pain because I understand that it's
indicating improvement.

Now, if you can, drift off to sleep. Smile in your knowledge that All-Is-Well. Breathe and relax---and trust.”

Here is more from Abraham from the book about our physical bodies

“The next time you feel any discomfort, stop in the middle of it and say to yourself, "This discomfort that I'm feeling is nothing more than my awareness of resistance. It's time for me to relax and breathe, relax and breathe, relax and breathe." And you can, in seconds, bring yourself back into comfort.

Every cell in your body has a direct relationship with Creative Life Force, and each cell is independently responding. When you feel joy, all the circuits are open, so the Life Force can be fully received. When you feel guilt, blame, fear, or anger, the circuits are hindered and Life Force cannot flow as effectively. Physical experience is about monitoring those circuits and keeping them as open as possible. Your cells know what to do; they are summoning the Energy.
There is no condition that you cannot modify into something more, any more than there is any painting that you cannot repaint. There are many limiting thoughts in the human environment that can make it seem that these so-called incurable illnesses or unchangeable conditions cannot not be changed. But we say that they are only "unchangeable" because you believe they are. Someone asked us recently, "Is there any limitation to the body's ability to heal?" And we said, None, other than the belief that you hold. And he asked, "Then why aren't people growing new limbs?" And we said, Because no one believes they can.”

Ho'Oponopono Healing Technique

What is Ho’Oponopono?

So I am cruising the net early this morning looking for a new “a-ha moment” as I so often do every day (isn‘t the internet great?!) when I come across this article written by Joe Vitale in 2006.

It surprises me that I haven’t come across it before because Joe is a favorite of mine and I thought I was pretty up-to-date on most of what he has written about.

To miss this article from 2 years ago surprised me, but then again “When the student is ready, the teacher appears” so I guess for whatever the reason, Universe saved this for me until now.

The article is about Ho’oponopono. Ho'oponopono is a ancient Hawaiian healing process. It’s literal translation is “making right.” It is based on the principles of total responsibility. In other words, taking responsibility for every person's actions who appears in your life.

I have written other articles myself about how every person and situation that appears in our life is for a reason. If we create our entire reality around us, then we create the people who are in it as well as the back drops where our experiences take place. But I never thought about it to the level of what Ho’oponopono entails.

Joe tells the story of how he heard about a therapist in Hawaii who had cured a complete ward of criminally insane patients--without ever seeing any of them.

The psychologist would study an inmate's chart and then look within himself to see how he created that person's illness. As he improved himself, the patient improved.

Curious for more information Joe called him and they talked for more than an hour as the doctor explained to him how many mental patients had been cured by using this method.

So naturally Joe’s next question was “What was the doctor doing exactly when he was looking at each patients file?

The doctor replied that he kept saying “I‘m sorry and I love you over and over again.”

“That’s it?” Joe asked

“That’s it.” the doctor replied.

The doctor’s reasoning was "If you want to improve your life, you have to heal your life. If you want to cure anyone, even a mentally ill criminal you do it by healing you.”

The philosophy behind all of this is that loving yourself is the greatest way to improve yourself, and as you improve yourself, you improve your world.

Joe then tells a story about how he used this new information for himself. He had gotten an email from someone that had upset him. Instead of responding angrily or fighting against it he used the doctor’s model of saying “I’m sorry and I love you” over and over again.

He says he didn’t say it to anyone in particular but “ was simply evoking the spirit of love to heal within me what was creating the outer circumstance.”

Sure enough, within an hour he received an email from that same person who apologized for the previous email.

Joe said he hadn‘t taken any kind of outward action. He didn‘t email the guy or respond in any way. But by saying I love you, “I somehow healed within me what was creating him“.

While this may seem a little farfetched at first read, it really isn’t all that surprising from whatever point of view you look at it.

If we indeed all share the same energy (which we do) it is not at all improbable that we have the ability to affect others. And if we are all one (which we are) it is not too “out there” to realize that all healing must take place inside ourselves. As we heal the “injured” part of us that brought around the negative circumstance, it stands to reason the negative circumstances around us has to change as a natural outcome.

If you would like to read Joe Vitale’s original article where most of this information came from you can find it here.

As for me, I am going to do further research on the subject. I just know there is a Manifestation Exericise in here somewhere!

Until tomorrow,
